After-Hours Protocol 9pm-5am
Travel distance during this time period is limited to 1 hour out or less (one way), unless approved by supervisor*
Once the technician leaves for an after hours call, the customer is automatically liable for the service charge.
If the customer has another locksmith, person, or police show up to assist, keys are found, self entry etc.
The service charge is still held
We require that customers have legal authority to get into, make keys, copy keys, etc.
We will not let you into a friend’s, family member’s car/home etc., without talking to the owner and having paperwork to verify*
We will never price gouge customers, our prices will always be discussed on the phone.
After-Hours calls are normally 30% higher* (9pm-5am)
Payment
IMPORTANT- Once the customer approves the charge for our service (verbally, or by text), the technician will be allowed to go to the customer. The payment must be made before the technician leaves.
Payment of service charge is non-refundable.
The remainder of balance will be paid upon job completion.
If our assistance is not needed we will only refund the work charge, SERVICE CHARGE IS STILL HELD. No Exceptions
